I am a Registered Massage Therapist with over six years of experience, offering care that blends evidence-based treatment with relaxation and whole-body wellness. My practice is rooted in the belief that massage therapy can be both therapeutic and restorative — supporting recovery, easing stress, and enhancing quality of life.

Since opening The Little House in St-Charles, I’ve been proud to create a welcoming space where clients can access a wide range of treatments, from traditional massage therapy to hydrotherapy services, hot stone, dry brushing, and paraffin. My approach always begins with careful assessment and treatment planning, tailoring each session to meet individual needs.

Beyond the clinic, I am passionate about community connection and education. Through workshops and local collaborations, I aim to make wellness accessible, creative, and supportive for everyone.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find me enjoying the outdoors — fishing, exploring Northern Ontario, and recharging in the same beautiful community I’m grateful to serve.
